These terms apply to the use of serverededicate.ro. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What the site offers
On serverededicate.ro you find a presentation of our dedicated server services, a configurator that calculates the price of the configuration you choose, and a form to ask us for a quote. No contracts are concluded and no payments are made on the site.
3. Prices and specifications
- Prices are shown excluding VAT, in the currency stated on the page; VAT is added as required by law.
- The prices, specifications and availability shown on the site are for information and are not a binding offer within the meaning of the Romanian Civil Code. The only offer binding on us is the one we send you in writing, within the validity period stated in it.
- Availability of components and delivery times are confirmed only in the written offer.
- We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. An obvious error in a price or specification does not bind us; if we find one, we will tell you and propose the correct option.
- The compatibility rules in the configurator help you choose; the final configuration is the one confirmed in the written offer.
- The names and trademarks of manufacturers (processors, servers, drives, operating systems, control panels) belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products.
4. Quote requests
- A quote request is not an order and binds neither you nor us. We may decline a request, for example if we cannot supply the configuration asked for.
- We answer at the contact details you give us. You confirm they are correct and that you are entitled to use them; if you ask for a quote on behalf of a company, you confirm that you represent it.
- The details you send are processed as set out in the Privacy policy.
5. The service contract
The services (the dedicated server, connectivity, support) are provided only under a contract concluded at a distance, once you accept our written offer. The contract sets out the price, term, payment, service level (SLA), each party's liability and how the contract ends; we send it, together with the information the law requires, on a durable medium (for example by email). If anything on the site differs from the contract, the contract prevails.
6. Using the site
You may not use the site to:
- try to access areas, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
- test for vulnerabilities without our written consent;
- send automated requests in bulk or overload the site in any other way;
- send unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or other people's data without their consent.
We may limit or block access that breaks these rules, and we reserve the right to inform the competent authorities.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo, structure and code of the site belong to SERVERE DEDICATE S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. You may visit the site and share links to its pages, including configuration links made by the configurator. Copying, reproducing, modifying or using the content commercially without our written consent is not allowed.
8. Liability
- The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss (such as lost profit or lost data) arising from the use of the site, from being unable to use it, or from the information on it.
- We are not responsible for the content of external sites our links lead to.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intentional acts or gross negligence), nor does it restrict the rights the law gives consumers.
9. If you are a consumer
If you act as an individual outside your trade or profession, the contract concluded at a distance falls under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights. In short:
- You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, by a clear statement to us (for example an email to contact@serverededicate.ro).
- If you expressly ask us to start the service before the 14 days end and then withdraw, you pay for the service provided up to the moment you told us of your withdrawal, in proportion.
- We refund any payment received within 14 days of learning of your withdrawal, by the same means of payment unless we agree otherwise.
You also have every other right given by consumer protection law. You can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro, where you also find the alternative dispute resolution procedures (ADR, "SAL").
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect offers already sent or contracts already signed.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably; write to us at contact@serverededicate.ro. Failing that, disputes are settled by the competent courts of Romania; between professionals, by the courts of the registered office of SERVERE DEDICATE S.R.L.. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to go to the court of your domicile.
